The former dwelling place of the Believers of the lord Noc, this array of lands no longer holds inhabitants of merely that belief. Seeing as belief has died out, all kinds of wolves now roam these lands, and the name 'Noc Quarter' merely retains its use as a habit, a memory, almost an honor of the days gone by.
